PRODUCTS AND COMMISSIONS SCHEDULE This Schedule is part of the attached Affiliate Marketing Agreement dated April 25, 2024. Terms not otherwise identified in this Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. Company shall pay to Affiliate the following commissions for the following Products issued on applications produced by Affiliate. The total commissions available for these Products shall be equal to the amounts listed below: |

Such commissions will be paid directly by Company to Affiliate,
unless otherwise noted in the chart above. Commissions shall
be paid by check within thirty (30) days from the close of
each calendar month. Commissions will be earned and credited
to Affiliate only after Provider has received full premium
payment from the Product holder, coverage has been issued,
and Company has been paid. Commissions will only be paid
when the total amount payable exceeds US$25.00. Affiliate
is responsible for the payment of all income taxes on
commissions received by Affiliate. Company will provide an online listing of all client transactions and commissions earned by Affiliate. If Affiliate does not question the accuracy of any such statements in writing within 90 days of the posting of the issue in question, the contents of any statement shall be deemed accurate, complete and binding. This Schedule of Commissions is in addition to any other schedules currently in force or that may come into force in the future, but supersedes any prior Schedules related to the Products listed herein. This Schedule shall remain in effect until changed by Company. * Commissions for these Products may be paid directly by Provider to Affiliate, in accordance with conditions and guidelines set forth in that Provider's agreement. |
