The USA offers some of the best medical care in the world and it is also very expensive. Purchasing medical insurance for your U.S. Visitor is an important part of the trip planning process.
Medical insurance for U.S. Visitors may be issued for short term or long term visits. You, your family member, or friend will need medical insurance for unforeseen illnesses or injuries that may occur during a visit to the U.S.. Coverage is provided for unforeseen out-patient medical expenses, hospital charges, surgery fees, prescription drugs, x-rays, lab work, and other related medical expenses.
We recommend you purchase U.S. Visitor health insurance prior to the trip departure date. However, there are plans are available if you, your family member, or friend have already arrived in the U.S..
You may purchase this insurance for your family member or friend using your credit card.
Please note: These plans are designed to provide coverage for new illnesses or injuries that may occur during the policy coverage period. Coverage for pre-existing medical conditions are excluded.
