The following coverages and services are available with Travel Guard's Business Traveler annual insurance plan. Insurance coverage subject to limitations, exclusions and terms and conditions of policy.

$2,500: Trip Interruption - Return Air Only
Provided for the additional air transportation expenses incurred by the Insured to return you to the return destination.
$1,500: Trip Delay
Reimburses you up to $150 a day for additional accommodations or travel expenses if you are delayed for more than 5 hours due to a covered reason.
$500: Missed Connection
Reimburses you for transportation expenses incurred if you miss a connection due to weather or common carrier delay.
$2,500: Baggage & Personal Effects Loss
Reimburses you if your luggage is lost, damaged, or stolen while you are on your trip.
$1,000: Baggage Delay
Reimburses up to $200 per day for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed for more than 12 hours.
$50,000: Medical Expense
Covers necessary medical expenses for sickness or injury during your trip, provided injury or sickness occurred while on your trip, and initial medical treatment was received while on your trip.
$500,000: Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains
Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility. Limit of 2 evacuations per year.
$100,000: Security Evacuation
Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest place of safety. (Not available to Florida and Pennsylvania residents.)
$50,000: Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Coverage against injury or loss of life while traveling.

Assistance with any travel emergency or request for general travel information, including lost, stolen or delayed baggage; replacing lost passport or travel documents; emergency cash transfers; pre-trip travel advice; inoculation information; and more.
Concierge Services*
Whatever you need, whenever, wherever you need it, you can call on your own personal assistant to help. Services include tee time reservations, restaurant referrals and reservations, wireless device assistance, sporting or theater tickets, and more. You need it, we’ll find it for you.
Personal Security Assistance*
Assistance is provided to help secure your safety as well as your personal information while traveling. Services include evacuation assistance, urgent message alerts and relays, and online security web information.
Identity Theft Assistance*
If your identity is stolen during your trip, our emergency travel counselors will assist in contacting your credit card companies, monitoring your credit report and working with local authorities to help you restore your identity.
Business Assistant*
You’ll also have access to an array of services to help make short work of your business obligations, so you can enjoy your vacation.
